Parcel did not arrive.
1 of 1 found this helpful Parcel hasnt arrived and i have spoke to the company about this problem. They gave me 3-5 working days for them to sort out where it had got to and after 6 fays still has not arrived. I have tried to contact andrew james and have not had any reply as of yet. Even though i have spoke to DPD who are saying that andrew james have told them the parcel is in the correct place BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SLOW COOKER!!!!!!!! Something needs to be sorted before legal action is taken because at this moment in time you have robbed me!
