A good value LED pool light

I recently replaced a 300 watt 12v filament pool light bulb with this LED unit. Its white light performance is comparable with the filament bulb and it consumes much less power. The colour changing option is not to my taste, but is OK if you like it.

Inexpensive lux meter works well

I bought this meter to estimate the optical transmission of various transparent materials. It did this very well and was very satisfactory. I can recommend it as an inexpensive and useful device for anyone wanting to monitor lighting levels.

Good value IR Laser

I needed a small IR laser module with sufficient power to engrave plastics. This unit works well and is good value for money. My only complaint is that the electronics board should be in a protective case.
