After contacting Empire Timepieces to ask about the condition of the field watch, they told me it’s Indiglo feature had never really been at 100%, so they offered to send along another Timex for free to make up for it. Not only did they do that, but when my package arrived, they’d add 2 more watches (each a unique and-in-perfect condition) Timex along with a brand new NATO strap & strap-change tool. Excellent customer service, immediate response time. Highly recommend!
