Safe, sturdy slicer
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm petrified of these, but needed one. This one is sturdy, well-made and slices at many thicknesses, simply. I haven't really used the spiked holder as I was slicing small, narrow pears. The gloves work extremely well, I'm very impressed with them but don't rely on them. The rotating julienne blades/thickness adjuster is removable for cleaning, but it was just a little bit awkward to get a cleaning brush into the body close to the fixed blade. Use a brush and running tap. I'm very impressed indeed, and would definitely recommend it.

Better value
Much better value to dilute this concentrate with water and put jn another sprayer, then label it.
