    Poor delivery time & delivery service. Had to travel an hour to collect the item from APC even though I had paid for postage/delivery. Request a postage/delivery refund but refused with a poor excuse. Order was placed on 01/07 then dispatched on 08/07 and eventually received the item on 16/07.

    *Please see our other positive reviews about shipping and customer service* It is hard enough as a small UK based business to make a profit up against the likes of Amazon etc, without negative feedback for factors out of my control. I offered to have the order sent to an alternative address, so that you would not of needed to travel but you didn't reply to this.
