  I have used bleaching trays before and know how the process works to ensure that the impressions are correct. However, even though this company as refunded me in full (apart from the £10 I paid in special next day delivery) Have not really been helpful regarding this order, bad business practice in what I feel, was unfair/unclear instructions to what they wanted the end result to be. Not being clear in their replies neither. Happy with the refund but wont use again!
