3 of 4 found this helpful I won't call it a blender because it's a VITAMIX took me 30 years to find out the difference, it's just like you don't call a KIRBY a vaccumn cleaner the same difference, for those who know you have to own one to know the difference I suspect the owner of this brand new VITAMIX didn't know how to work it and that's why they sold it to me I called the company and they told me to push the knob, instead of turning it when it is pointed to a icon and it started right up and now I'm a proud new owner of a VITAMIX. But I paid you handsomely for it you were only out your shipping fee. So now that you know how to work it you can buy another one. Sure wish you had the recipe book and charts they only come with new orders. I am very, very happy, I use it everyday, the lifestyle change I was looking for.
