Decent and provides what it says, unlike some cheap adapters.

Seems to be a decent adapter - provides a bit over 5V with no load and doesn't drop much under. Very short cable, but to be expected without a separate power brick. Great for powering old electronics.

Incredibly smelly, but does the job at a much lower cost than the alternative

Does the job, certainly a bit no-frills but it works fine and the image looks good. The moulded cover for the part that attaches to the console has an intense, bad smell that takes a long time to dissipate.
