Van Halen sound
1 of 1 found this helpful I was always wondering about what sounds like a second strum on the a minor on ain’t talkin bout love and it turns out the echoplex is set at one repeat in anything off of Van Halen 1 that he’s using the delay (not sure about other albums) but it definitely makes the song more enjoyable to play knowing it sounds just a tiny bit closer to the record. It’s also a great pedal to kick on during a solo it sounds cool that way too. If you’re going for a classic rock delay sound I’d highly recommend this pedal
