About
My feedback policy: I disagree with sellers who withhold feedback until the buyer leaves it; in such cases I withhold mine. I believe a buyer is done once he pays, and a seller should leave feedback then; if you want it from me, leave it when I pay!

Excellent Quality
This chair is well-built, and works great. Not the lightest, but still easy to fold and lift into the car trunk.

Powerful and Compact
A very well-built, rugged torch, and is very bright. Advertised to use an 18650 lithium-ion cell, but actually came with an insert for three AAA batteries. An 18650 is the correct length, but is very sloppy in the battery compartment. I expected a tubular spacer to use an 18650, but one was not included. A spacer I fabricated from a piece of plastic rolled around the 18650 worked to keep the cell centered and prevent it from rattling around in the battery compartment. Requires a button-top 18650; flat-tops won't work as there is no spring contact on the positive terminal. (To use a flat-top 18650 requires something to bridge the gap between the battery's positive terminal and the flat contact of the torch.) All in all, well worth the price! Would have received 5 stars if it came with the necessary spacer to use the battery it was actually advertised for.

Expensive but Worth It!
3 of 3 found this helpful The higher price of this sight is justified in my mind by never having to worry about turning it on or replacing dead batteries. Reticle brightness is controlled by ambient light, so the only downside might be sighting on a bright outdoor target from a dark indoor room. Otherwise, for normal use the reticle is always at an appropriate brightness. Even in total darkness the tritium-illuminated reticle is clearly visible once eyes are dark-adapted. I chose the green reticle (amber also available) for the higher visibility of green to the human eye. Sighting adjustments are precise and accurate.
