Item bought for £2.40 including postage. Arrived with not enouugh postage paid, so I had to pay a further £2.50. I contacted the seller. They refunded my purchase, but no communication at all and even with my maths I'm down £0.10 and a 5mile car journey (that i'm not bothered about, but its the principle and it's rude). All it would have taken was an email. A shame as a really good bike shop that i won't shop at again.
