Hands free switch that works every time
I found this used in a very expensive bathroom cabinet and decided that I could use Sensio products to achieve the same hands free LED light switching that I had seen.
Did it work well, yes, very well my Ikea cabinet now has a LED top light which is switched on and off by just passing my hand under the sensor on the underside of the cabinet.

Better than using a soldering iron
1 of 1 found this helpful Antex_Pyro-Master is not the cheapest wood burning tool on the market but is certainly better than most pyro tools sold. I have used Antex soldering Irons for 40 years so when I wanted to start scorching wood in patterns I went with the Brand I already know and it has proved to be very good at what it is designed for.
All the tool heads screw into the tip of the handle (do not do this while the iron or tip are hot), I have coated the screw threads with high temperature copper lubricant as some people say the bits seize after being heated in the tool. I can say having taken this precaution the tips unscrew easily when the iron and tip are cool to touch.
It has two heat settings and I was able to mark a decent outline of a dog on some hard beech wood, with the highest setting.
I think the rest for the tool is a tad flimsy and used one of my many trivets to rest the iron on.
Not much more to say except I like it.
