  Not a nice experience. My packaging was makeshift? (recycled ) but very sturdy item arrived safe. You left me negative comments without the courtesy of comms. Not the way most ebayers act. Poor.

  You did not write fragile, this way up nor did you use any wrapping.You squashed a box to make it fit around the tazza. The bowl broke through the box and it could have easily been damaged as the bowl arrived loose and poking out of the box.I spoke the truth and yes I gave you neutral feedback but you deserved it. I hope you have learned from this experience and next time you use some bubble wrap for protection,
