  I asked if they were blue or black as the picture showed blue. I already have a black pair. I put in an offer for only blue. She sent black and doesn’t except returns

  This is not true. I replied to you directly, that you must have reached out to another seller. My listing showed that the item was black, the pictures show black. I only had one pair of Birkenstocks, not sure where you saw that I also had a pair in blue.
