Obesity Code - good/interesting read.
My doctor recommended this book to me. Good read and makes a ton of sense!

Do not recommend
the product I received was dry - it was not like a newly purchased tube of mascara. Sorry, but nope - will stick with Thrive.

Buy it, you won't be sorry!
This cookbook has some really good recipes. I've tried the green goddess dip and it was really good, who knew you could use cottage cheese to make a dip without all the calories of mayo? For every recipe, they explain why the recipe works. It's really worth buying!
