Best eyeliner pencil I've used.
Especially for the price. Easy to apply, long-lasting, intense pigment and gets close to the eyelashes. Sticks good enough to be marketed as "24h wear" and still doesn't leave you looking like a raccoon. Best I've used besides liquid. Great for smokey eyes, tightline with a liquid waterproof and you're good to go even the day after if needed haha!

Fair for the price but I've used better
0 of 1 found this helpful Considering the price it's an okay liquid eyeliner as they come. But if you're looking for something bold and waterproof that's actually long-lasting I suggest you'd pay a little bit more and look into other brands.

Great waterproof eyeliner
Maybe not "100%" waterproof, but still one of the best waterproof eyeliners I've tried, considered the price. Easy to apply, lightweight and doesn't smudge off instantly. Would recommend.
