  Disappointed - item was not as described. bought for £60 as per the description and photos on the item listing. The plant arrived with extensive root rot with the leaf tips having withered and died. Seller tried to pass this off as shipping stress but when I explained why I couldn’t accept this she aggressively accused me of feedback extortion under the eBay buyer policy (I had requested a £10 partial refund for the undisclosed damage to the plant). Dishonest listing and poor customer service.

  As you threatened me with negative feedback if I don't give you a partial refund, you did it.(clap clap) While I have the screenshots about our conversation and about your manipulation, so I reported you :) I don`t mind if you act like a victim, you are not the first one who will sell her mother for £10. The plant suffered from transit shock but you, as a regular buyer, obviously knows what is that mean... do you?Not my problem, that you refused to return... twice! ;)

  BEAUTIFUL cutting with well developed roots, exquisitely packed. I was unexpectedly away from home when it was delivered and had to rearrange delivery with the Post Office. Even with this delay (all my fault), Cynthia could not have been more solicitous and helpful regarding the plant which still arrived in perfect condition. Excellent seller, highly recommended.

  This is the only negative review I have ever left on eBay. The cutting arrived in bad shape. No care taken with regards to packaging. It was just in between old paper with previous labels & sellotape on it. The roots were completely unprotected and dried out as it was taken out of water/ moss and not wrapped up. 1 of 2 leaves damaged. I sent the seller photos straight away, asked for a refund OR a replacement and offered to send it back (postage paid for by me). Replied no. Very disappointed!

  Hello hun :) i can insure you, the packaging was perfect. But you as a buyer failed, many times in my eyes. You managed to kill 2 growing points and then refused to return the plant even after you opened a return case. As I said before, no return, no refund. You did refused to return, please don't lie, I still have the conversation :)I wish you all the best, or just what you give to other ones. Im not surprised, you are not the first buyer who have no idea what to do with a cutting.
