  The item was well-packed, arrived in good time and the sellers communications were great. However, the cleanilness of the SodaStream itself upon arrival was absolutely disgusting! I appreciate this item was sold as 'used' but to find black mould inside the lid of the bottle, is completely unacceptable. Even an attempt to wipe down the item before dispatch would have been appreciated. Honestly, if i had known it was going to be this filthy, i would have never committed to bidding on this item.

  Hi, apologies for the above, however I did clean and always do ensure all my sold items Apologies however I always ensure my items are sent in best condition. The item had been kept in a kitchen cupboard for a while and I did find there was a build up of grease on the outer plastic. I did clean prior to despatch and you can see from the item pictures in the listing. The bottle, cannisters were wiped down prior to packing. However apologies if you had to clean again, this was not my intention.
