Great book for a healthy lifestyle.
If you have autoimmune diseases, you NEED this book! I am a week in and feel amazing already. I look forward to my low carb, high fat/protein meals and love the Hartwigs 'Tough Love' approach. It's what I need to kick my butt! I have joined other Whole30ers on social media and their forum (all listed in the back of the book) for extra FREE support.

This was a fathers day present for my husband, from our children. It is great quality and was delivered very quickly. It arrived with all the fittings (although it's not up yet!) It makes a lovely gift that was well received. Thank you!
