Not the same as the original

Although the thread is correct, the actual fitting is different to the original Weber fitting. The original has a male taper whereas this is simply a radius seating. It does provide a gas tight seal, but shouldn't really be classed as Weber compatible.

Perfect replacement.

Purchased this as it worked out cheaper than buying a single key to replace the missing one on a laptop we wanted to sell. Was dead easy to fit (probably easier than replacing a single key!), and it works perfectly.

So much easier to use than my old corded...

So much easier to use than my old corded garden vac, and it's lighter in weight too. I'll probably be inclined to use it more frequently because of this. My only gripes are the shredder function doesn't do too much of a good job, and consequently, the rather small collection bag does fill up quite quickly, meaning frequent trips to the green bin. I'll probably start using a garden waste bag to empty into which should help. All-in-all, I'm happy with it though.
