Quality
Unless the quality of the plastic is an improvement on the original then the quality is poor.
The plastic of the original one becomes brittle over time and fractures, due I suspect the effect of the sun and/or poor plastic formulation.
However the replacement works well and is easy to replace the faulty one. You can use the same screw holes.

Simple product
It either work or not. mine is Ok
