  Negative Feedback . Buyer stated were a size 5 when they were a size 7 . All photos show size 7. Untrue feedback left on my pages. Was sent a picture of her foot showing not completely in the shoe then when I disputed this . She said that had been measured on a shoe sizer and that she had sent a picture . She did not send me anything. Sell to this person at your peril . Didn't like my response so called me rude . 100% feedback so not accurate. Was all this really necessary ???

  Photos re-sent and shows shoes in the sizer are a size 5. They are a US 7, equal to UK5 so are far too small to get my foot in. Case opened with eBay & shoes returned. NO REFUND REQUIRED as contrary to sellers feedback ON HER PAGE, I was not a buyer "trying to get item for nothing". In 20yrs of buying on eBay, I have never experienced such an unnesessary, rude, & hurtful reply to my original positive feedback which simply stated the sizing error- which was ok as they fit my daughter instead.

  Follow up case opened as shoe has size 7 on sole and I too have sent pictures of my size 7 foot inside shoe. I have not been abusive and have 100% feedback with kind words from others. I too am upset and have never had to deal with anything like this . Ask for measurements next time then there are no upsets
