Not an effective supplement.
Not the most effective weight loss supplement as I have followed all the guidelines,followed a calorie controlled diet and if anything I have gained 2lbs.
I think the jury was out on these in the first place on this being an effective fruit based fat burner.
It’s supposed to suppress eating but I never felt full in between meals so not the desired effect.
