A great entry-level book for new runners
This book is organized so each section is just a few pages, so while there is a lot of really great information, it's still easy to pick up, read a few pages, and put back down. If you want hard science and great detail look elsewhere, but if you want a good foundational understanding of how to run better/farther/faster I think this book is a great choice.
