Works great
Heel grippers work very well. However, if your loafers slide off your feet while walking, you may need the "tongue pad", it sticks on under the tongue of you shoe and therefore pushes your foot back towards the heel, thus the loafers stay on your feet. I use in combination with the heel gripper, no more problems with loafers sliding off my feet. Need both to be affective.

Really does work!
My 2nd go round with shoes needing stretching. Secret is "not to use too much product at once". Place small amounts and gradually stretch. I used just a dab of 1 drop on my finger tip then onto the leather, in several different spots ( stretching men's loafers at the time).Put shoes on and walk! When other type shoes need stretching, go by instructions, but still, only a few drops. Remember, this is permanent, they WILL loosen up! It does work very well!
