Motherboard function works

Motherboard function works. I can see Lenovo logo. However, computer cannot be booted because fan does not function. This is due to defect of fan connector on motherboard. I used microscope to look at pins. I found these pins are poorly distributed, my electrical connector cannot be plugged into the motherboard.
