Broken scoring wheel
Product arrived with a missing scoring wheel. The pillar that holds the wheel was in place but the wheel had been broken off, although the tool seemed new.
The scoring wheel is advertised as 'extremely hard tungsten carbide to ensure it will stand up to the rigours of cutting'. The fact that it was missing/broken off makes me think otherwise.
I researched this tool and brand thoroughly before purchasing (for £95). In the end I decided to go for what I though was one of the best brands on the market. Clearly I was wrong.
