Serves its purpose
The product is well-designed, but the quality could be a little better. However, it does serve its purpose. I use it mostly on my desk with the legs folded as a laptop fan so I'm good.

Can't do without it!
The quality is pretty basic, but it really does a great job in getting burnt spills off my ceramic hob. Does it for my marble worktop and splash-back tiles too. I have also used it to scrape off burnt food from the bottom of my stainless steel saucepans. Works a treat and performs better than any scouring pad I have ever used. If you have a ceramic hob, you need this in your life!
