Does not work anywhere near as well as the old worn one it replaced.
This new shaver head works nowhere near as well as the 18 month old one it is supposed to replace. It leaves hair poorly shaved, or unshaved, all over the place and this is in spite of shaving for twice as long as with the old shaver head. I am frequently having to resort to the trimmer attachment to tackle hairs that were apparently missed over several shaves, and then revert to the shaver head. Even this is only about 50% successful. There is nothing obviously wrong with the head. It simply does not do what it is meant to do, i.e. shave. Either Bosch have lost control of product quality, or this is a very convincing-looking Chinese fake. It may well be the latter since the stamped 'Series 8' is fatter than my old Bosch head, and there are odd manufacturing parks on the sides of the foil head and the internal mechanism. I have now removed it and replaced the old head, which continues to do an excellent job.
