  We agreed to an offer I submitted. He went to ship the item. The charge was more than he anticipated. He told me that I owe him 50 dollars more to ship it. This was a completed transaction. I called eBay and there reply "This goes against eBay policies! I told him he's responsible for shipping that item. Wouldn't ship it and rudely wrote that "We won't be shipping this to you" eBay agreed with me 100% Then cancelled the transaction. Don't buy anything from this deadbeat seller! Waste of time!!!
