Clarifier lacks UV lamp indicator.
This UV filter is lacking a window showing that the light is working. So one doesn't know if it has failed. But having to check and clean it every two months is probably why it lacks a UV indicator.
The clarifier that it replaced had clear plastic pipe connectors that glowed when the lamp was lit and only required cleaning at the start of the season. The new one is the cheapest replacement that I could find. I will know if the bulb has failed when I next check it.

Too small for to read with no features.
