This ,radio is fixed ,until its modified,it can do 200 watts with mods,and slide with the clarifier when its been modified mod,too,.
10 of 33 found this helpful With,modifications done for TX wattage it will do 200 watts on transmit,,and will slide with mods done to the clarifier too, but it wont do ,what a real ,HAM Radio will do,such as a, kenwood,yaesu,and i com,I,made the mistake of owning one of these,2995 DX,By RCI,. Save your money and get a real ham radio,.you wont regret it. im a , a,licensed ham radio operator,.

It,does more bands in one meter and its,accurate.
It,s made by Diamond,a good company ,and a few friends i,know have always reccomended their products,I,also own 2-Diamond ,SRH-320A, Antennas for my KENWOOD f-6A,And D-74,handi-talk radios.
