Not "perfect playing quality"
Not "perfect playing quality" as advertised.
The DVD I recieved was scratched and kept skipping throughout the entire film starting from just 10 mins in. I wouldn't of minded a little bit of skipping due to the price and the fact it was pre owned, but this was borderline unwatchable.
