Birthday cake
I’m actually very impressed that the tin was so easy to use and the cake turned out so well! Wee son was delighted with his cake and it went down a treat.

Best cookery book and photographic record ever
I bought the book after seeing friends posting photos of many Dishoom home made creations online during lockdown. Oh my days! I cannot even begin to describe the photographs, the writing or the TASTE in those dishes 🤩🤩🤩 it is a work of art on many sensory levels. It is beautiful ❤️
