Best solution for trim residues

I needed to replace chrome trim that had come off the side of my van and after trying thinners, wipe clean solvent, T cut and even Brasso saw this used on Youtube. It does remove the bits of foam rubber and glue but use it carefully otherwise it will also damage the paintwork. Also the screw-in drill bit is a pain as keeps undoing itself but you can fix this in place permanently

Gear oil for older vehicles

Used this for my 1950s Jeep. It doesn’t include EP or extreme pressure additives used for modern gearboxes as these can damage the brass or bronze components found in older gearboxes
