  Terrible service. Item purchased and paid for. Marked at dispatched same night with tracking number. No movement on tracking in three days so queried it - response was 'it's been sent' and when prompted that the tracking hasn't shown it being collected received a rather rude response of 'It's only been 3 days.' Now after 10 days of purchase I receive a message saying there's been a mix up of labels and half an hour later my order is cancelled and refunded without an apology. Avoid.
