  The bottle had holes in the bottom that oozed product during shipment. These things happen. I contacted the seller to tell her about the problem. She replied that it wasn't possible; she cleans each item with alcohol, and she would have noticed the holes. I sent her pictures of the dirty bottle & leaks. I never heard from her again. I was willing to keep the product with an appropriate price reduction. Instead, I had to use eBay's return process to force a return.
