Won't refund me, keeping my money! Item says DPD next day delivery.... 9 days later still no tracking available, they haven't provided it...9 days wow, keeps talking about royal mail but my item is supposed to be with DPD, according to the seller they sent it out twice and it's got lost but there is no tracking to show. don't recommend and would not buy from this seller again.

This buyer doesn't have a clue how couriers work, i cant refund until DPD get back to me as to what is happening, else they would get a refund and the item. Mentioned royal mail by mistake, so in essence dont make a mistake EVER.Totally unreasonable and will happily refund when DPD have done their investigation.
