Great bird seed
Because my birds love it. They look forward to it daily.

The wonder seed
Hi. The Cumin seeds I bought were recommended to me to help lower blood sugar.
Soaking one teaspoon overnight in a cup of warm water then straining and drinking the water the following morning proved very beneficial. But cumin is powerful. Only once a week is the dosage recommended.
A very good product.
