  After not receiving the item for 4 days after the expected date. I raised a complaint to eBay . I received no reply from the seller. However a delivery has now arrived but contained only 6 items instead of the advertised 40. I would not use this seller ever again.

  Hi, Just to clarify the situation. The buyer reported that the item didn't arrive. So, I've refunded the item within the timeframe set by Ebay. One thing to mention is that the buyer paid for 5 stoppers and received the quantity he paid for, there was no error in the order on the seller's part. Thank you for your business.
