I have tried about 4 times to contact the seller , not getting anywhere. I purchased a grey and blue teddy from this seller, money taken , teddy arrived 7 days later , but it was light brown with brown ears NOT WHAT I ORDED AT ALL it says on the description the child's names Teddy , but it just said the child's name ? Very disappointed, been asked to send photos which I have , and they keep saying they carnt see them . They should have an invoice of what I ordered and what they sent out ,
