It was only when I threatened to involve E-Bay that they responded. Tere response was because of carrier issues they cancelled the order. No mention of a refund or a replacement just that they had cancelled my order. I then got E-Bay involved who approached the seller and at this point a refund was given. Very poor customer service will not be using this seller again.
