Does the job very well
Used this glue to repair the soles of a favourite pair of walking boots. This was done more in hope than expectation as I've found from previous experience that these type of repairs rarely last. However, this glue produced a much stronger join than the usual run of the mill contact adhesives and its worked a treat.

A challenge
The packaging states that these kits were originally launched by Rosebud /Kitmaster over 50 years ago and later purchased by Airfix. Due to the age of the tooling some flashing and slightly mis-moulded parts will arise. I found the parts were easy to clean up and only one or two pieces were slightly warped. The instructions which consisted of an number of expanded sketches were a bit basic.... and small! There was no painting details so some research is required, however, there are plenty of photos of Evening Star on the Internet. That withstanding, the model is well detailed and was a joy to make and well worth the effort
