GREAT NATURAL MASCARA!!
This is a GreaT product, if you're looking for no chemicals and completely natural pigment as a mascara. You have to wait a little for it to dry. It will smudge if you scratch since its not waterproof (for it to be waterproof you have to use dangerous chemicals). It gives a lot of body to your lashes, it is not sticky or doesnt have a heavy feel to it. I am very satisfied with this one. A bit too expensive, but I guess you have to pay for a good product. Would buy again.

Great source of good fats!
Supplementing with flax meal or omega 3s is excellent for reducing dramatically menstrual pain and cramps! This is a great source!
