I'll be nice and say it's a paper weight.

It is not functioning properly. The best way to describe it is the volume control is "scratchy" and often cuts out, then you turn it up and "push" more power through it and it goes from almost nothing to blaring loud. In other words the wiring on the potentiometer has a break or breaks in it. and it's worthless to me. I will be looking into returning the item.
