  The Uggs were not genuine and nor were they new per the listing description (see photos). I raised an issue with eBay and initially the seller offered me a £20 partial refund. This was not acceptable so I asked for a full refund (this was received in full almost immediately) and sent the boots back. I wish I had asked for more photos (particularly one of the soles) as I wouldn’t have bought the item in the first place.
