Worth the hype
I have a few mechanical keyboards now, and I can say that the Topre keys are definitely the best feeling and most enjoyable to type on. The NIZ clone is very close, but slightly more mooshy feeling, and the keyboard has a more lightweight body compared to this Realforce model.
I would however, not recommend the black on black keycaps as they are proving to be impractical for anything other than touch-typing for obvious reasons. The legends are basically invisible in normal light conditions.
One key feature that might be overlooked is the functional "num pad": by pressing the num lock key you can toggle on a "num pad" so that JKL become 123, UIO become 456, and 789 remain the same. Very nice feature that I haven't seen elsewhere.
