Perfect replacement. Fits original NES controller.
This will make your old NES controller buttons work again (assuming the silicone pads are the issue). Had no problem. Same size and functionality.

Suitable for Retro Gaming. Good price.
For the price this is an excellent switch. Does what you expect it to do.
No power required. You need to press the buttons to switch input, as expected. I'm not sure I'll use the 4th input ports at the front but I new that going in.
This switch is good for RCA and S-Video. I have connected some game consoles with RCA and others with S-Video input, and in consequence I also hooked up this switch to the TV with the RCA and the S-Video outputs. Works well. I used to have a switch where I couldn't leave the RCA plugged while using S-Video and it cost me the same price as this one!
