Useless!
I bought this camera for my sister and sent it to her. She lives over 250 miles away. I didn't look at it except to check it was complete and had the instructions with it.
Unfortunately, the instructions are completely impossible to understand. They were written by someone with a very poor command of English - it is most certainly not his primary language.
So far, my sister has been unable to decipher any of the text.
I will now have to try to work it all out with her over Skype, but I don't hold out much hope. A shame I made my feedback before we realised how useless this thing is.

Powerful and effective, but not very quiet! The culprit is the oscillating function.
The fans are powerful. The oscillating function is noisy.

Excellent brightness
Excellent bright LEDs are very visible in all light levels.
A big improvement on my old tail board and much safer.
Build quality looks good.
