Bad designe and shakey
2 of 4 found this helpful Ladder is very narrow and bottom extension is not helpful. I tried to use it but too shakey to climbe. So now I realized that why other ladders are double the price and built wide from bottom.

Sprint still consider snap as feature phone though it is a smart phone.
I bought these phones to replace my two HTC Snap phones. I was in sticky position as I have $59.00 a month grandfathered Family plan. I called Sprint CS. and they told me I have to upgrade my plan to smart phone plan $79.00 each line plus taxes or buy basic phone free with two years contract. Upgrade fee $39 will be charged for each line. So after talking to supervisor I found out Snap is still a feature phone with Sprint and can be replaced without upgrade fee and it has many qualities of smart phone and for better then feature phone offered to me with two year contract. I bought two refurbished phones from eBay $29 each. To me it look brand new no scratch and work very good from last two months .

Good pricebb
Mike Speak, Netflix, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus four buttons are missing on replacement Remote. Otherwise working good.
